Bánh pudding sầu riêng với cơm sầu riêng xay nhuyễn mịn, trộn và nấu cùng hỗn hợp gelatine, kem tươi và sữa tươi rồi đổ vào khuôn đặt trong tủ lạnh đợi đông lại.

Ngâm 6 lá gelatine trong nước khoảng 10 phút rồi mang đi đun cách thuỷ để gelatine có thể tan hoàn toàn. Cho 150ml sữa tươi, 150ml kem whipping, 100g đường và thịt sầu riêng vào nồi khuấy đều cho tới khi hỗn hợp mịn. Tiếp theo, bạn trút phần gelatine vào hỗn hợp sầu riêng và trộn theo một hướng để hỗn hợp được sánh đều thì tắt bếp.

Đổ hỗn hợp ra cốc thuỷ tinh hoặc khuôn rồi đặt vào ngăn mát tủ lạnh cho đến khi đông hoàn toàn. Bánh pudding sầu riêng thích hợp dùng làm món ăn tráng miệng mát lạnh trong những bữa cơm trưa hè nhé!
