Vẫn chảo đó, bạn phi tỏi cho thơm, sau đó cho quả lặc lè và cà rốt vào đảo cùng nhau cho vừa chín tới, thêm 2 thìa cà phê hạt nêm, 2 thìa cà phê nước mắm rồi đổ thịt bò đã xào vào đảo đều chừng 30 giây.
