Cho sườn bò lên chảo và nướng đến khi chín vàng một mặt thì lật mặt còn lại nướng tiếp (mỗi mặt thường nướng khoảng 5 - 6 phút). Thịt sườn chín thì gắp ra dĩa và thưởng thức nha.
