Trộn xôi với phần thịt nhân vừa xào, cho vào chén ở giữa thêm trứng muối, ép chặt rồi úp ngược ra lá sen. Gói lá sen thật chặt để không bị rơi xôi. Hấp xôi khoảng 20 phút là chín.
Lấy xôi ra và thưởng thức thôi nè. Xôi được hòa quyện cùng nhân mang đến một hương vị đậm đà, ngon miệng.
